Museum plans Victorian Christmas

On Dec. 9, the Simcoe County Museum welcomes everyone to Victorian Christmas.

From 1 to 4:30 p.m., the museum will be filled with Christmas music, crafts, food and activities. Every December, the museum hosts an open house afternoon to thank the community for another year of support, and to celebrate the season in true Victorian style. Listen to a performance by the Joybells Bell Ringer choir and sing along with Christmas carols in the church. Discover the melodious sounds of the hammered dulcimer, played by Jim Harris. Enjoy hot cider and candy canes. Wander along the museum's village street to browse the newly renovated store fronts.
