Ukrainian church opens

The first Ukrainian Catholic Church in the region is set to open.

The Exaltation of the Holy Cross Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Byzantine Rite (Eastern European), is rich in history and tradition. Bishop Stephen from Toronto recently blessed the church, which is located at 19 Parkside Drive, across from the Barrie Central Collegiate parking lot.
