Essa council praises road clearing crews

The early onset of winter weather has been ably met by Essa roads department according to township mayor Dave Guergis.

Guergis told township CAO and public works manager Greg Murphy to extend council's thanks to the department for their outstanding work during the past several weeks.

"Especially with the last snowfall, they have kept all the roads in the township clear. They've done a tremendous job," he said.
