      Youth home staff threatened South Simcoe Police have charged a 15-year-old with uttering threats and fail to comply with an undertaking. Police were called to a youth facility on the 5th Sideroad in Bradford West Gwillimbury May 11. The youth became outraged after being told to return to his room, and he threatened to harm the facility workers.

Woman charged after Bradford crash
      On Wednesday May 7 at about 8:25 a.m., South Simcoe Police were called to a motor vehicle collision on Northgate Drive in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. An investigation revealed that a red four-door Saturn was reversing from a driveway on Northgate when it struck a red Audi that was travelling eastbound.

Careless driving charge laid in Bradford
      On Sunday May 4 at about 2:20 p.m., South Simcoe Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on the 6th Line near Melbourne Drive in Bradford West Gwillimbury. The driver of a white Chevrolet pick-up truck lost control and the vehicle left the roadway, travelling across a lawn and striking two vehicles that were parked on private property.

Two injured in Highway 11 collision
      On May 3 at about 10:45 a.m. South Simcoe Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 11 at the 5th Line in Innisfil. A pick-up truck pulling a trailer was travelling southbound on the highway when the trailer began to fishtail and the vehicle lost control. It rolled over into a ditch.
