Let's hope growth will pay for itself

      A compromise on development charges is a positive step for Innisfil and its developers, as long as growth continues to pay for itself. Last week, a town committee approved a new set of development charge rates for residential, retail/commercial and industrial buildings. If approved by council, some existing rates would more than double.

Progress being made in recreation complex construction
A political point of view
      While driving by the site of the Innisfil Recreational Complex, one would notice a great deal of work has been completed. From Yonge Street you can see the two baseball fields are being roughed in, the four soccer pitches have received final grade, irrigation is being installed and the light standards are erected.
