Wishing for an elected Canadian senate
      I would like to see more positives where we can go for a better Canada. I do wish for an elected senate, with no attachment to the House of Commons, lower taxes and smarter spending with money going to post secondary education, infrastructure, transportation and electrical power improvement.

Erect wind turbines on Lake Simcoe
      I have been reading with interest the dilemma we have with our local citizens, council and the wind power companies. I would recommend the wind towers be erected offshore, about a half a mile (or more) in Lake Simcoe, Lake Ontario, or even in Lake Superior, where the wind never stops blowing. This would eliminate any concerns with residents, land and the environment.
