The illusion of Crime Stoppers

Crime Stoppers of Simcoe Dufferin Muskoka will be hosting a laser light illusion show at Barrie Central Collegiate Institute Jan. 20.

The show, called Magical Moments in Time, will feature a world class laser show and illusionist Ted Outerbridge. Outerbridge, a Montreal resident, has performed in over 60 television appearances and has won several international awards. Two performances will take place, at 3 and 6:30 p.m. respectively. Each performance will last for about one hour and 45 minutes.

Proceeds from the event will benefit Crime Stoppers. The organization helps police solve crimes by encouraging community members to call the Crime Stoppers hotline and leave tips anonymously. Crime Stoppers offers their callers cash rewards for information leading to arrests, the recovery of stolen property and the seizure of illegal drugs.
