Brain health seminars

It is never too soon, or too late, to make changes to maintain or improve brain health.

These changes may also help reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. Join the Alzheimer's Society of Greater Simcoe County for several upcoming information sessions. Get the facts about Alzheimer's disease and related dementia, including information about the disease, risk factors and warning signs. Learn about simple things you can do at any age to improve your brain health and possibly reduce your risk for Alzheimer's disease.

The first session will take place at the Barrie Public Library Jan. 17 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sessions will also take place at the library on Jan. 25, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., and at the Bradford Public Library on Jan. 22 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Admission to all sessions are free, but donations will be accepted. For more information, call 722-1066.
