Planning for Robbie Burns dinner

Robbie Burns dinner: We are all ready for the big evening, so all of you lucky people, who have tickets, better get out your bib and tucker along with your dancing shoes, and start practicing the two step and waltz. Don't forget cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the lounge at 6 p.m., with the dinner beginning at 6:30.

Valentine dinner: We are planning a Valentine Sunday dinner Feb. 10.

It will be our first Sunday dinner of the season, featuring roast beef, Yorkshire Pudding, mashed potatoes, gravy and all of the trimmings. There will be one sitting starting at 5 p.m. with everyone welcome. Please call ahead if you are planning to attend so we can plan accordingly. Call Joyce at 431-9231 or Maggie at 456-7293 for information and to reserve you place. Price for this event will be $9. So if you missed Robbie Burns, you can make up for it by bringing your favourite Valentine out for s nice dinner.

Membership is due by the end of January, this is a must, if you want to keep active in the branch.
