Items taken from several vehicles

South Simcoe Police are investigating several entries to parked vehicles overnight Jan. 6 to 7. Vehicles were all parked in driveways of residences in Stroud (Dempster Avenue) and Alcona (Benson Street, Candaras Street and Rose Lane) and were entered in the same manner by smashing out the passenger side window of each vehicle. Stereos, DVD players, cash, personal identification, and credit cards were stolen from the vehicles.
