School board committee gets two from town
By Chris Simon
Two town councillors will help plan the future needs of local public schools.

Innisfil councillors Peter Kmet and Paul Wardlaw were recently appointed to the Simcoe County District School Board's Accommodation Review Committee for Areas C and D.

The committee will consist of a principal, teacher, and three parents or gaurdians.

They will be responsible for submitting a report and recommendations to the board's administrative council.

Once approved, the board's final policy will outline the future enrolment, programming and construction needs of schools throughout it's jurisdiction, and the best ways to deal with anticipated growth.
