Two crashes send seven to hospital Seven people were transported to hospital following two separate collisions in Innisfil last week. South SImcoe Police were called to the first collision, which took place at the 20th Sideroad and Concession Road 5 intersection at about 8:30 a.m. Thursday. Two vehicles were involved in the crash, and one person had to be extricated from the vehicles. Two vehicle occupants were transported to Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, to be treated for nonlife threatening injuries. The second crash occurred at about 3 p.m. Thursday, on the County Road 27 near Innisfil Beach Road. Three vehicles were involved in the collision, with five occupants transported to RVH with non-life threatening injuries. Both collisions are still under investigation. |
