Lefroy 3 takes final tournament of the year

The Lefroy Novice 3 team recently competed in a tournament in Ajax. The team played in the tyke division of the tournament.
Lefroy Icebreakers 3 entered the Ron Sharpe Tournament in Ajax in the Tyke division with a great start on Friday March 28th with a 10-0 win over the Ajax Co-operators. Goals by Nick Collins (2), Justin Lenneville (2), with single goals by Ben Bruining, Curtis Kuzmyk, Jake Lenneville, Jacob Goutos, Ingo Wisch and Randy Ryan. Ingo Wisch, Ben Bruining and Justin Lenneville all with three assists each, along with Jake Lenneville and Jacob Goutos both with two and a single assist by Braedon Kneeshaw. Great shutout by Tyler Jackson.

Later that day, Lefroy 3 took on the Ajax Sure Fit team again with a 7-0 win. Great goals by Nick Collins (2), Braedon Kneeshaw (1), Curtis Kuzmyk (1), Justin Lenneville (1), Randy Ryan (1) and Tyler Jackson (1). Assists by Tyler Jackson (3), Justin Lenneville (2), Randy Ryan (2), Braedon Kneeshaw (2), Nick Collins, Ben Bruining and Braedon Kneeshaw with (1). Awesome shutout by Jacob Goutos.

On Saturday, the boys played Source for Sports and kept the streak going with a 6-0 win. Two goals by Nick Collins with singles by Randy Ryan, Justin Lenneville, Jacob Goutos and Braedon Kneeshaw. Assists by Justin Lenneville (2), Ingo Wisch, Braedon Kneeshaw and Randy Ryan. And a shutout for Jake Lenneville.

In the semi-final, Lefroy 3 convincingly played Fujiki Dental of Ajax and came up with an awesome 13-0 win. Four goals were scored by Nick Collins, along with a hat trick by Justin Lenneville. Two goals by Mason Fisher with singles by Jacob Goutos, Randy Ryan, Ben Bruining and Curtis Kuzmyk. Three great assists by Jake Lenneville along with two from Jacob Goutos and singles by Curtis Kuzmyk, Nick Collins, Ben Bruining, Justin Lenneville, Randy Ryan, Mason Fisher and Ingo Wisch took them to the 'A' Finals against Source for Sports.

They wrapped up their hockey season with a 10-0 win, taking home the cup. Goals by Ingo Wisch (3), Curtis Kuzmyk (2), Randy Ryan (2), Ben Bruining (1), Nick Collins (1) and Braedon Kneeshaw also with one. It was the third shutout game of the tournament by Tyler Jackson.
