Enjoy the warm and sunny weather while it's here
CHURCHILL NEWS
by Linda Gerow

What a fabulous weekend. The sun shone, the bulbs were sprouting and everyone was in a good mood. That's what nice weather will do for you.

Someone remarked to me that likely by the end of June, everyone will be moaning and complaining about how hot it is, how humid it is, how uncomfortable they are. I told them we shall remind them of this past winter; how cold it was, how much snow we got, how many hours of shovelling we spent and how awful it was to drive from Toronto to Innisfil on the major highways. But yes, we are human. We will complain. A word to the wise: Summer will fly by in a heartbeat. So get out the patio set, rake those yards and sit back and enjoy the warm, sunny weather while it's here.
