Three charged for speeding

Nottawasaga OPP charged three drivers for stunt driving and exceeding the posted speed limit by over 50 kilometres per hour on Friday.

Teddy Ames of Clearview, 36, was stopped for doing 133 in an 80 km/h zone on County Road 10 in Essa.

Slawomir Plewa of Mississauga was stopped for doing 144 in an 80 zone on the 9th Line of Essa.

Amber Death, 23 of Barrie, was stopped for doing 168 in an 80 zone while driving north on Highway 400 in Innisfil.

All had their licences suspended for seven days and their vehicles impounded.
