Winterhawks fly across the airwaves

      At the start of the season, most Innisfil Winterhawks probably never thought they'd be known across Canada. But earlier this year, parents of the Winterhawks Minor PeeWee A team signed the kids up to be featured on CBC's Hockey Night In Canada pre-game show, entitled Scotiabank Hockey Tonight.

Lacrosse player named to provincial team
      The Innisfil Wolfpack Minor Lacrosse Association would like to congratulate Nikkolas Trillo on his selection to the 2008 Ontario Under 19 Field Lacrosse Team. The team is made up of the top 25 lacrosse players in the province from the Ontario Junior Men's Field Lacrosse League.
