A grand opening for the ages
A dream came true on October 27, 1979 when Bruce Martin opened his own store. Pictured at the ribbon-cutting ceremony are deputy police chief and brother Allan Martin, Innisfil councillor Kathe Jans, Jean and Bruce Martin and fire chief Doug Rose. Now the home of Homelife Kempenfelt-Kelly Realty, this building has seen many changes including many years as general and hardware stores.
