School tech show May 9

The Simcoe County District School Board's purchasing and information technology services departments will be hosting the second annual Technology Show on May 9.

New technology brings new learning is the theme for this year's show, which will feature demonstrations of technological ideas being used in the learning environment.

Visitors will be able to see first hand the cutting-edge technology available today, including various equipment and projects already being employed by board schools. In addition to the displays and demonstrations, there will be SMART Board information sessions and video conferencing sessions connecting with sites around the world.

The show takes place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Education Centre in Midhurst.
