Students show off their UN knowledge

Debt forgiveness for developing nations, nuclear proliferation, and global warming were under debate by more than 100 secondary school students from throughout the Simcoe County District School Board, as they participate in the 22nd annual SCDSB United Nations Assembly simulation.

Hosted by Penetanguishene Secondary School, the assembly took place on Tuesday, at the Education Centre in Midhurst.

Each participating student represented a United Nations country.
