Careful spending could pay off long-term

      Innisfil council should be thinking about the implications of reducing their proposed operating budget increase so drastically. Tomorrow evening, debate over the 2009 Operating Budget will resume, as council discusses a list of 22 items which could be cut. If all of the proposed cuts were approved, about $1.2 million would be trimmed from the $42 million budget.
