Alcona Beach Health Shoppe Spiced Up Spinach Salad with Creamy Wasabi Dressing

1/3 cup Wasabi Powder 1 cup Tahini (sesame butter) 1/3 cup brown rice vinegar 1/3 cup Tamari (soy sauce) 1 bag Baby spinach 1/3 cup of mixed sesame seeds and sunflower seeds In a bowl, dissolve wasabi in 2 cups of water. Pour into blender, add Tahini, brown rice vinegar, tamari and blend until smooth. Roast sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in fry pan medium heat for approximately two minutes until slightly brown. In large salad bowl place in spinach, pour seeds overtop and pour desired amount of this delicious, spicy wasabi dressing. Enjoy! Note: Covered dressing will keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
